Snow Time Like Christmas 

It would seem that the sensible thing to do after a nice Christmas dinner with family and friends is to stay in for the night, head to bed, and get a lovely night's rest. That's been done, though, hasn't it? The same old movies have been watched again and again, and even Santa and Ms. Claus are headed to Hawaii for the off season. There remains another, albeit more adventurous option: Hidden Valley Ski Resort has an annual Moonlight Marathon every December 25 from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Passes good for the entire nine-hour session are $35, and go up to $64 if you need to rent skis or a snowboard. Just remember, with skiing "pizza" slows you down but "french fries" make you go faster.
