A recent addition to the Soulard scene, Spooty's looks and feels new, with a vibrant purple ceiling and gorgeous light fixtures, but the bar makes everyone who passes through feel like they've been coming there forever. Local jazz and blues acts draw crowds to the small square room every night of the week.
