St. Louis Chamber Chorus: A Time of Mystery

“A Time of Mystery” presents choral music written to explore the mystery surrounding Christ's birth, featuring the mass “O Magnum Mysterium,” by Italian composer Palestrina. Interwoven in Palestrina's work will be contrasting versions of the same words by a diverse group of composers, including Poulenc, Cristóbal, Lauridsen and Bingham. The Chamber Chorus's performance of Bingham's work will mark its United States premiere. Join the St. Louis Chamber Chorus as it explores “A Time of Mystery,” Sunday, Dec. 17 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Parking is FREE! Call 314-566-8067 for more information.
