Still Trotting the World 

America has changed a great deal since 1926 -- it's been almost 90 years, after all -- but it's comforting that the Harlem Globetrotters are still barnstorming the world, bringing laughs to their fans. The clown princes (and princesses -- TNT Maddox is a starting guard) return to St. Louis tonight at 7 p.m. at the Scottrade Center (1401 Clark Avenue; 314-241-1888 or with their You Write the Rules tour. That name is more than an inspirational marketing motto, by the by; fans are urged to vote online for their favorite crazy rule, and the winning rule will be instituted for this game. Do you want the entire game played with two basketballs? Double points for baskets? How about a four-point shot? All of these are in play.
