Swedish Council St. Lucia Festival

Join us for a traditional Swedish Christmas celebration at the Kirkwood Community Center Theater. The Swedish Kaffestuga (coffeehouse) and Butik (boutique) will open at 2:00 pm. Stop at the Kaffestuga to buy coffee, Lucia buns and cookies. Shop for gifts at the Swedish Butik. The narrated performance with traditional Swedish Christmas songs, dancing, Swedish elves, and Jul Tomte (Santa) begins at 3 pm. The program highlight is the candlelight procession of Lucia.
