The Adventures of Pierrot

Adding another rich layer to its current exhibit, John Stezaker, the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum presents its Fringe Figure Film Festival, featuring films with themes similar to those of Stezaker's work. Thursday, March 29, the series presents Jean-Luc Godard's postmodern road film, Pierrot le Fou, in which Pierrot flees his boring life, pursuing a life of crime. Pierrot le Fou screens at the Landmark Tivoli Theatre (6350 Delmar Boulevard, University City; www.landmarktheatres.com) tonight at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
