The Heavenly Seven

As you may have gathered from her writings, Ms. Day surrounds herself with only the finest in food, drink and fabric. "Why have a three-course meal while wearing polyester, when you can have five courses upon a velvet cushion?" is a motto she likes to live by. But a seven-course wine dinner? That's an extravagance even Ms. Day hadn't imagined. Fortunately, she'll be able to experience such a treat from 6 to 9 p.m. at Red Moon (1500 St. Charles Street; www.redmoon-stl.com), when A. Bommarito Wines pairs its wares with chef Ryan Anthony Carbery's dishes. The dinner costs $65, and reservations must be made by calling the restaurant at 314-436-9700.
