The Howl-o-ween Pet Parade in the Loop was too cute for words — that’s why we took pictures. And it looks like the pets and their people all had a great time.
The party included not just pets dressed to impress, but also face painting, pumpkin decorating, discounts in local shops, dozens of additional vendors set up outside in the street and prizes awarded for the best costumes.
