The Makings of You

The St. Louis International Film Festival opens with the debut feature from native son Matt Amato, The Makings of You. This romantic drama features Sheryl Lee as Judy, who is to attracted Wallis (Jay R. Ferguson) and the freedom he represents from her family responsibilities. Keep your eyes peeled for south-city scenery, and take note of the big-screen role played by the Lou's own unofficial poet laureate, Henry Goldkamp. The film is preceded by the festival's opening reception.
