Just down the street at Jazz at the Bistro, Dec. 2-5, Anne Hampton Callaway (above, left) returns with her trio to transport you to a mood of enlightened despair, the kind that makes you feel fabulously world-weary, sexy and irresponsible. A combination you should avoid from 9 to 5, but when the sun sets....
