Didn't get tickets for the sold-out Rolling Stones gig at the Savvis Center? Not to worry: You can still get your Mick and Keith fix this week — in a swankier, more intimate setting, even — as Stones tour saxophonist Tim Ries presents his Rolling Stones Project at Finale. Ries' album of the same name was released in August 2005 and recorded with a little help from Miles Davis, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, Charlie Watts, Ron Wood and Keith Richards; the disc features jazzed-up renditions of "Satisfaction," "Street Fighting Man," "Wild Horses," "Waiting on a Friend," "Paint It Black," "Ruby Tuesday," "Gimme Shelter" and more. Ries and his six-piece band may not strut about like roosters on osteoporosis meds — but then again, they don't charge upward of $160 for tickets either.
