Valentine's Day Dinner and Dance at the Missouri Botanical Gardens 

This dinner at the gorgeous Missouri Botanical Gardens will feature a salad of tomato, artichoke and smoked Gouda beggar's purse on a bed of field greens tossed with pesto vinaigrette and topped with marinated shaved carrots, a choice of several entrees including grilled medallions of beef tenderloin layered with mushroom duxelle and camembert cheese with a balsamic infused demi glace accompanied by garlic whipped potatoes, French beans and shaved carrots. End the meal with a triple chocolate tart with raspberry sauce and champagne.
