Watch Lewis Reed Take a Fat Stack of Bribery Cash [PHOTOS]

Earlier this year, the St. Louis political scene was rocked by the federal indictments of now-former Aldermen John Collins-Muhammad and Jeffrey Boyd as well as the then-President of the Board of Aldermen Lewis Reed.

All three men have pleaded guilty to accepting cash payments in order to help businessman Mohammed Almuttan get tax abatements on property he owns.

A sentencing memorandum filed by prosecutors in federal court today includes stills from what appears to be surveillance video showing the exact moment when the cash changed hands, a moment that ultimately marked the beginning of the end for the three men's political careers.
