Webster University Choral Ensembles

Dr. Trent A. Patterson directs the Webster University Concert Choir in the world premiere of a major new choral work by Professor Kim Portnoy. Angels in a Time of Terror is a six-movement cantata for choir and two harps. The composer describes the composition as a personal response to acts of terrorism that deals with overarching ideas like the sacredness of human life, terrorism as a form of idolatry and human beings as agents of God - angels.
