Left Bank Books presents a reading in honor of Women's History Month with poets Dana Levin, author of "Banana Palace," and Natalie Scenters-Zapico, author of "The Verging Cities"! This event is free and open to the public, but proof of purchase of "Banana Palace" or "The Verging Cities" will be required to enter the signing line. In "Banana Palace," Dana Levin offers us poems responding to the deep anxieties of our age. Natalie Scenters-Zapico’s gripping debut collection, "The Verging Cities," is filled with explorations of immigration and marriage, narco-violence and femicide, and angels in the domestic sphere.
