It's Grey Sweatpants Season

The internet lost its collective chill again, and this time it’s over a TikTok video featuring a former OnlyFans model and a pair of grey sweatpants. Teen Mom’s Tyler Baltierra was fully prepared for grey sweatpants weather, and one well-placed camera angle has reminded us all why we look forward to this time every year. This, friends, is what men’s fashion is all about.

Tyler Baltierra was one of the stars of MTV’s Teen Mom. He’s husband to Catelynn Lowell and one of the OGs of the franchise. The pair may have had a rocky start, but they’ve turned their early fame into a stable marriage, multiple kids, and a few different side hustles — including an eyebrow-raising stint on OnlyFans. He went from being a teen dad to being an adult content daddy and made pretty good money during his time on the platform.

So. Let’s talk about the bulge heard ‘round TikTok. Catelynn told Tyler about a trend going around the internet and suggested he participate. He said, “I only live to serve,” and obliged his lady love. There wasn’t a ton to it — just some casual dancing with a little hip movement… while wearing grey sweatpants. Nothing explicit, but giving the audience everything at the same time. Fans were openly gawking at his very visible enthusiasm for his performance. This isn’t the first time Tyler’s had a “whoa!” moment. He once donned a Superman costume that had people doing double takes as they clocked exactly what it was that made the man so super.

And this is the point in the article where I educate you about the glory of grey sweatpants. No one knows when they became the official thirst-trap uniform, but they did, and we love men in them. Every fall, you see the memes go around the internet about how grey sweatpants are the male equivalent of a sundress. Women have been objectified since the dawn of time in whatever we wear, and honestly? It’s kind of nice to see a bit of equality served up in a cotton blend. Tyler didn’t invent the grey sweatpants craze, but he raised the bar on our expectations of what goes on when those bad boys are involved.

Tyler’s no stranger to being ogled online. His (now inactive) OnlyFans page brought in at least six figures, with Catelynn running the account. Both of them claimed it was a fun and empowering thing for them, and that they enjoyed creating content and working together right up until he decided it was time to retire from adult-content land. He’s been gone for a while now, but his audience clearly hasn’t forgotten him, because they’ve been eating up his viral video. Perhaps he might consider starting the monetized thirst-trap business again?

Grey sweatpants don’t lie. They can’t! The algorithm is a little more nebulous, but the viral response to Tyler’s video seems to be the real deal. If the world’s going to ogle Tyler Baltierra anyway, it makes sense that he decided to show up and cash in for a while. Regardless… fall is here. The people are thirsty, and those grey sweatpants are just begging to go dancing.
