Iron your best white shirt and tie on your finest feedbags: Clayton Restaurant Week is here again. The fourth annual event will run from Monday, January 21, through Sunday, January 27. Participating restaurants will provide special three-course menus for $25 per person, tax and tip not included. Diners can also make a $5 donation to Operation Food Search.
As for any restaurant week, Gut Check advises you to make reservations. According to Clayton Restaurant Week's promoters, last year's participating venues saw their sales increase from 25% to 100%.

As has become Gut Check's custom, later this week or early next we'll provide our picks for the five best (or at least most promising) menus.
