Monday (Mar. 30):
Cupcake Temptations @ Kitchen Conservatory
Cupcakes have come a long way, and the sweets you'll make tonight with staff member Dawn Meyer would blow any bake sale away. Make pecan streusel-filled vanilla cupcakes with Grand Marnier buttercream, vanilla bean latte cupcakes with espresso filling and vanilla-espresso frosting, dark chocolate-red wine cupcakes with raspberry Chambord buttercream and Cherry Garcia cupcakes with chocolate chips and cherry cream cheese frosting. From 6 to 8:30 p.m. Class is $55 per person; register here.
Tuesday (Mar. 31):
A Cheese and Beer Tasting Experience @ Dierbergs Southroads
Learn to pair the perfect cheese with a variety of brews from O'Fallon Brewery. There are only six spots left, but the Dierbergs cheesemonger will host another class April 22 if you can't make it. From 6 to 7:30. Class is $18 per person; register here.
Wednesday (Apr. 1):
Schlafly Farmers' Market @ Schlafly Bottleworks
Yep, the outdoor farmers' market is back! Stop by for local and regional produce, cheese, sweets, meats, coffee, gifts and of course, beer. From 4 to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
Thursday (Apr. 2):
Iron Fork @ St. Louis Union Station Hotel
"The Riverfront Times 9th Annual Iron Fork event will take place on Thursday, April 2 at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel Grand Ballrooms. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the St. Louis Area Foodbank. This event has sold-out the past two years! Guests will enjoy cocktails, signature dishes from 40 hand-selected restaurants and a chef competition featuring some of the city's top culinary talents."
