Blagojevich Guilty on Just One Count -- New Trial for 23 Others

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has been found guilty of one count of lying to the FBI -- even as the jury hearing the case against him deadlocked on an additional 23 counts, according to wire reports.

Oh, Rod. Not again!
Oh, Rod. Not again!
The judge has indicated he'll declare a mistrial. That means a new trial, with the same evidence, in hopes of convincing an entirely different set of jurors to find the Guv'nor guilty -- or acquit him outright.

This trial lasted seven weeks. Which can only lead us to conclude that prosecutors have this thing, and it's f@#$&ing golden, and they're not going to give it up for f%&*ing nothing!

And by F#&*@ing nothing, yes, we mean a conviction on one lousy count of lying to the FBI. Just ask Martha Stewart how much that conviction is likely to hurt Blago's showbiz career...
