The Major Case Squad has identified the victim shot to death Wednesday night in Cahokia and have arrested a suspect in his murders.

The police task force says Blake Munie received multiple bullet wounds while driving around 10 p.m. April 7 in the 300 block of Range Lane in Cahokia not far from his home.
