Free Flicks: Frontyard Features is at it again with a showing of two family movies tonight at no cost! Both begin after sunset (click here for a sunset calendar). Bring a lawn chair, and enjoy E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial at Wehner Park (near 7454 Whitehall Colonial Lane) in Shrewsbury or The Muppet Movie at The Gazebo (Big Bend Boulevard and North Old Orchard Avenue) in Webster Groves. Temptation Island: As Dolce’ Ultra Lounge & Bistro fades into the sunset, a new downtown nightclub flickers on the horizon. Painted white from wall-to-wall, Lure Nightclub (1204 Washington Avenue) provides a one-room, see-and-be-seen playground for all of the Lou’s club children. Doors open for the grand opening at 10 p.m. with a bikini fashion show at 11 p.m. The cover for ladies is $5 and $10 for gentlemen.

Think Pink: For the tenth year in a row, downtown will be teeming with pink ladies, pink fountains — pink everything! Reminiscent of a bottle of spilled Pepto-Bismol, the crowds of more than 70,000 anticipated participants doused in the rosy color will walk and run all to raise money for breast cancer. Race day registration for The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure begins at 6:30 a.m. followed by a breast cancer survivor procession, a 5K walk/run and an awards ceremony. Solstice Patrol: From 6 to 10 p.m. celebrate summer solstice with extravagant drinks, belly dancing, aerial acts and fire spinning. Featuring Fly Girls, Gravity Plays Favorites, Amazonia and Love-O-Rama, Cirque d’Solstice takes place at two historic homes at 4410 and 4416 Westminster Place in the Central West End. Put Your Tower In My Grove: No, we’re not cheesy enough utter that statement, let alone create undies loud enough to shout it — but STL-Style sure is. It’s been seven years of coining terms such as “the perfect ghettoway” and “where the mullet meets to river” and slapping those clever sayings on T-shirts, underwear and onesies that has made the fashion company so popular. Shake hands with the founders, identical twin brothers Jeff and Randy Vines, and catch a glimpse of five new designs at Mangia Italiano (3145 South Grand Boulevard; 314-664-8585). The 2008 Summer Breakout Party kicks off at 8:30 p.m. with music by local rockers Team Tomato. There’s no cover, and you can buy $1 raffle tickets for free T-shirts at the door.

Party On!: Don’t miss the final day of Fiesta in Florissant. The Knights of Columbus Park (near Lindbergh and Washington Street; 314-837-0033) will be packed from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with patrons dancing to live Hispanic music, breaking piñatas, dining on authentic foods and downing some cold margaritas and beer. Noteworthy Women: If you’re all fiesta-ed out, how about a nice afternoon wrapped up in air-conditioned, foot-tapping fun? K’s Theatrical Korps takes the stage to perform a short-lived 2005 Broadway production, Little Women – The Musical, at New City School (5209 Waterman Boulevard) for its final performance at 2 p.m. Much like the 1869 classic by Louisa May Alcott, the melody-infused play focuses on the relationship of four sisters during the Civil War era.
