Updated Nov. 4: Jackson turned himself into police and has been charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and first-degree assault. A judge ordered he be held without bond.

St. Louis police are asking the public for help locating the man that they believed shot and killed 47-year-old Dannie Williams last Monday on Drury Lane in north city.

Kenneth Jackson, 29, was an acquaintance of the victim and the victim's family. His last known address was in the 8000 block of Wayland Court. While he is wearing long dreadlocks in this photo, Jackson's current hairstyle is a short Afro.

Police warn that Jackson should be considered "armed and dangerous." Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or CrimeStoppers at 1-866-371-TIPS. Callers who contact CrimeStoppers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1000.
