The body of Donyail Barnes, 31, was discovered Saturday night behind a Shop 'n Save grocery store in the Tower Grove South neighborhood.

Nearby residents heard shouting and gunfire Saturday around 9:45 p.m. Barnes, who lived on Potomac Street just behind the Shop 'n Save, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

He'd been shot in the stomach, back and head.
