Mosaic Bistro Market 

The rabbit-leg "daube" was the most appealing dish on the menu of Mosaic Bistro Market. Thumper is largely absent from St. Louis restaurants, and this preparation promised braised bunny with the intriguing addition of merguez sausage. The charcuterie plate is a selection of cured meats, house made rillettes, country style pate, crostini and pickled condiments.
