3rd Annual Matthew W. Clark Tribute Workout + Fundraiser

Midwest Krav Maga is honored to host our third annual Matthew W. Clark Tribute Workout on Saturday, May 25. The cost is just $20 per person and the proceeds benefit the Mid America Veterans Museum (previously known as the St. Charles County Veterans Museum. Learn more: https://mavm.org/). The Murph-style workout can be adapted for any age or physical fitness level (we’ll help you!). Please come show your support! Anyone may participate — no gym membership is required. This workout is a great way to give back to our local veteran community on Memorial Day weekend.
