Sliders into savings on Tax Day.

Today is Tax Day, also known as mass chaos at the Springfield Post Office Day. Whether today finds you scrambling to get your info in order or basking in the smug satisfaction of submitting your taxes weeks ago, there is a reward: food and drink deals at restaurants across the St. Louis area.

Once you're done booing the IRS, head to one or more of these twelve places to claim your prize for obeying the law or something. USA! USA! USA!

As always, if we missed any specials, let us know about it in the comments section.

Arby's: Though its slogan was once "I'm thinking Arby's," we usually forget the roast beef sandwich chain exists -- which is especially impressive considering its more than 40 locations in the St. Louis area. Not so on tax day, though, when the restaurant slings free curly fries and potato cakes from open till close.

Bob Evan's: Former RFT "Best Place to Eat with Grandpa" winner Bob Evan's has a deal every generation can appreciate: $4 off two dinners or $2 off two breakfast or lunch entrees with a printable coupon. This one extends past Tax Day to Wednesday, April 24, just in case you or Grandpa don't get around to it today.

Boston Market: Unlike Arby's, it's a bit harder to find a Boston Market location in St. Louis, with only two left in the metro area (Clayton and Fairview Heights, Illinois). For Tax Day the Market is offering a "Rib-bate" special, consisting of two meals of its new St. Louis-style ribs for $10.40.

Cinnabon: Home of counterintuitive spelling and mall cinnamon buns, Cinnabon is offering two free Cinnabon bites today from 6 to 8 p.m. at participating mall locations. Head to one of the chain's two St. Louis mall locations to indulge in the deal at West County Center (I-270 & Manchester Road; 314-288-2020) and Mid Rivers Mall (1236 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters; 636-970-2130).
