The magic ingredients are caviar, oysters, foie gras, pan-roasted duck and
black-tar heroin poached pear.
If you can't get enough Julia Child, Vin de Set is preparing three-course dinner menus drawn from her cookbooks this Thursday, August 13, and the following two Thursdays, August 20 and 27. The dinners are $25 per person, tax and tip not included.
