Lion's Choice Now Has a Food Truck: the Lean Roast Beef Machine

Sep 21, 2017 at 6:24 am

Get ready, STL! Lion's Choice is hitting the streets in the company's first food truck. "The Lean Roast Beef Machine" was in full operation as of last week after a few test runs around St. Louis. The truck will be serving the local chain's roast beef sandwiches, natural-cut fries and "flavor burst custard" at different locations throughout the area.

“Creating the ‘Lean Roast Beef Machine’ is something our customers have been asking for, and we’re excited to bring our friendly service, legendary roast beef, fries and signature soft-serve custard to locations all over St. Louis," said Mike Kupstas, CEO of Lion's Choice.

During the workweek, the truck will make frequent stops at several popular food-truck locations and is also available for corporate and private events. The truck will also be making appearances at Saint Louis University home soccer games and some not-so-usual spots that lack close proximity to Lion's Choice outlets, including Scott Air Force Base, parts of the Metro East and locations in Columbia, Missouri, and in Missouri wine country, a spokesman tells us. (Because who doesn't get hungry for a roast beef sandwich after a day of drinking?)

Follow the company's Facebook page for a detailed list of where the truck will be appearing, or follow Lion's Choice on Twitter. For additional information, visit www.lionschoice.com.
