Get your priorities straight, Missouri.

Back in July, Hater, a dating app that pairs potential couples based on mutual things they hate, determined the No. 1 thing each state hates the most. (Spoiler alert: Missouri despises people who believe in aliens.) Now, the matchmakers are at it again with a blog post titled "What Food Does Your State Hate?" in which the company determined which food eat state hates the most, relative to the rest of the world. And apparently, Missouri has an issue with the last bite of a hot dog.

Yes, not just hot dogs, but specifically that last bite. Suddenly, Missouri sounds a lot like that picky five-year-old in your life.

Hater outlines which food each state despises the most in an infographic, but doesn't supply how it came to such scientific conclusions, so you're forced to accept the information as-is. But you still can see all the weird foods that each state loathes — Montana proves to be the least basic of the states with its hatred of "pumpkin spice anything," while Virginia is against "dabbing pizza grease with a napkin" and Idaho has an issue with dim sum (they obviously haven't been to Lulu Seafood and Dim Sum.)

But while as strange as the "last bite of a hot dog" thing may be, our real question is this: Why go after hot dogs at all, Missouri? You're the home of St. Paul sandwiches and one of the most controversial pizza styles in the nation (looking at you, cracker-thin crust and Provel). You could maybe stand to broaden your horizons a bit. Might we suggest some of you try something a bit more novel? You could start with this list of twenty new St. Louis restaurants. (We're nice like that.)

You can view the Hater food map on its blog and below.
