International Horseradish Festival @ Woodland Park; Collinsville, IL Enjoy live music, food booths, root toss, root golf, root sacking contests, a craft fair, a Bloody Mary Contest, the Little Miss Horseradish Festival Pageant, a horseradish recipe contest and more. New Belgium Urban Assault Ride @ Forest Park The obstacle course filled bike route starts in Forest Park and leads participants throughout the city, ending in an after party with local food and drink vendors including Cha Cha Cow, The Summer Truck and Design Deli: Ice Cream Truck.
