A couple of things.
1) Yes, yes, I know not everyone has time to spend in the kitchen peeling, chopping and steaming or boiling and then mashing potatoes. You know what? If you don't have time to make mashed potatoes, then don't make mashed potatoes. OR have your kids help you make the mashed potatoes. It's fun and practical. Any scars they end up with from improperly peeling a potato will pale in comparison to the emotional scars of being fed Steam 'n Mash potatoes.
2) "...moms everywhere can prepare a hot dish..." Seriously? In 2008? Only moms cook? For reals? For really reals?
