Pop's: Still Closed, But Apparently Reopening Tonight

Pop's: Still Closed, But Apparently Reopening Tonight

Before Snowpocalypse 2011 gripped the region, Pop's made the unprecedented move of closing due to weather. The 24-7 venue remained closed all day yesterday and will be closed most of today as well -- although according to a post on Facebook yesterday afternoon, the venue will be reopening at 11 p.m. tonight. Our long local nightmare is almost over!

That does mean the STL Metal Showdown featuring North To Alaska, the Death Of Actaeon, Lyluth Foramen Ovalis and Ravens Departed is postponed, however. Keep checking on the venue website for details on a rescheduled show.
