True confession time: West End Wax was my favorite local record store in the '90s. Every time I visited St. Louis, I made my mom drive me there, because the selection was just so much better (and exotic!) than my favorite haunts in Cleveland. I remember buying a ton of stickers there (including an R.E.M. Chronic Town one I stuck on an old computer), a Suede T-shirt (silver sparkly logo!) and (dating me) the Fatima Mansions' Lost in the Former West CD. Those happy memories are why I was tickled to see this clip for the store pop up on YouTube. Check it out below!
