Did Missouri Hire SNL's Will Forte for "Fix a Leak Week"?

Yesterday I received an e-mail from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources alerting me to several podcasts they've created to promote "Fix a Leak Week" March 16-20. (Yes, who knew?)

Now, I'm no forensic voice expert -- not yet anyway -- but damn if the person on those podcasts doesn't sound exactly like Saturday Night Live's Will Forte.

Listen for yourself, here, here and here. And then tell me, is this "Van Bygler" character with "Fix a Leak Week" really Will Forte? I think so.
