Seventeen-year-old Terrell Holley was apprehended early Sunday morning after allegedly robbing or attempting to rob numerous people in multiple city neighborhoods. Today, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office leveled ten more charges against Holley for two incidents earlier this summer.

According to court documents, on June 28 Holley approached a woman on Saint Louis Avenue and pointed a gun at her. He then forced her to go behind a nearby bank, ordered her to undress and  demanded sex. The victim begged him not to rape her, saying that she was menstruating. Holley then ordered her to perform oral sex on him. The woman did so, and while Holley was distracted, she bit his penis.

Holley then struck the woman several times, fracturing her nose, but the woman was able to run away and flag down a police officer.

In the second incident, Holley purportedly pulled a gun on a woman and dragged her off her bicycle at a gas station on North Florissant Avenue on August 2. He pulled his victim by her hair down an alley, then ordered her to undress. The woman begged her assailant not to rape her, and struggled with him all the while, eventually breaking free. She ran from the alley and sought help at the gas station. Holley allegedly fled on the woman's bike.

Holley's new charges include one count each of forcible sodomy-deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, attempted forcible rape and first-degree robbery; five counts of armed criminal action; and two counts of kidnapping. He remains in police custody.
