Round Pond Wine Dinner

Join 360's Executive Chef Rick Kazmer and Round Pond's National Sales Manager Scott Reed for an elegant wine dinner with unparalleled views from the top of the Ballpark Hilton in downtown St. Louis. Five courses will be paired with delightful wines. Menu pairings include a 2017 Sauvignon Blanc with Scallop Carpaccio with Meyer Lemon Oil, Cara Cara Orange, Olive Crumb and Herbs, and a 2015 Rutherford Cabernet served with Braised Beef Cheeks, Red Wine and Celery Root.
