Summer in St. Louis is always the best time of the year. With many events, festivals and parties planned, this summer promises to be one of the best yet. But St. Louis really had it going on in 1984: The July 4 gathering at the Arch grounds featured breakdancers, feathered hair, hot air balloons and... Glen Campbell? Dang.
