Now open for a year, Southtown Yoga is a yogi's dream: small classes and a wonderful fusion of yoga styles. Owner Brigette Niedringhaus says her approach is "down-to-earth and friendly, yet deeply rooted in ancient yoga traditions." Classes cost $15 apiece ($12 for students), and the studio will supply mats and props. Check out the website for a current class schedule.
