There are a lot of fantastic people and places in our fine city, and the City Museum (701 North 15th Street) is one of them. That must be why the Equinox Chamber Players decided the museum's Vault Room was the place to hold "Equinox in the City!", a concert that celebrates many of our local treasures. The players have commissioned several new pieces that they will perform, including "The Bushy Wushy Rag," a tune made complete with the wonderful sounds of the old Busch Stadium. Of course, you, too, are a St. Louis hero, so the musicians also celebrate you by providing wine, beer and appetizers to enjoy at 4 p.m., prior to the 4:45 p.m. multi-genre concert (a special show for children is held at 3 p.m.).
