Stray Dog Theatre unleashes Snoopy and all of his Peanuts pals on St. Louis with its production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. The blockbuster musical about the lovable blockhead follows Charlie Brown through a day of misadventure. Chuck tries to get up the nerve to sit beside his secret crush (the little red-haired girl), while Lucy comes to grips with her inner crab and Snoopy dons his World War I flying-ace guise to take on his perennial foe, the Red Baron. You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown is performed at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday (March 24 through April 9) at the Tower Grove Abbey (2336 Tennessee Avenue; 314-865-1995 or www.straydogtheatre.org); there's an additional 2 p.m. matinee on the final Saturday of the run.  Tickets are $18 to $20, and there are $5 tickets for kids twelve or younger.
Thursdays-Saturdays. Starts: March 24. Continues through April 9, 2011
