No, you weren’t hallucinating. You really saw people ice-skating with giant fish faces on their chests. But don’t be alarmed: That disquieting vision was merely a commercial for the Disney On Ice presentation of Finding Nemo, which is coming this week to the Family Arena (2002 Arena Parkway, St. Charles). Transplanting the aquatic animated film to ice makes a certain sense, but whoever designed these phantasmagoric costumes must’ve been on something other than ice. Just sayin’. The funny family shows happen at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, with matinees at 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Saturday, and 1 and 5 p.m. Sunday (September 12 through 16).
