Considered the best musical of the century by the New York Times critics, The Book of Mormon finally stops in Missouri at the Fox Theatre (527 North Grand Boulevard; 314-534-1678 or www.fabulousfox.com). The premise is simple enough: Two innocent Mormon missionaries travel to Uganda to spread the word of Joseph Smith. However, the Ugandans they try to help/convert are a little more focused on the issues at hand, such as merciless warlords, the spread of HIV and food insecurity; no big, they're just trying to survive. The show takes place at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, at 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday, and 1 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday (February 19 through March 3). Tickets range from $39 to $100.
