Bobby Suberi and wife Barbara, a.k.a. Bob and Bobbie, spent eight years sailing around the world, picking up cooking tips everywhere they went. They brought their newly acquired cooking secrets and tips back to their hometown of St Louis and opened Maplewood restaurant Bobby's. "One of our specialties is Southeast Asian, and we have a Polynesian dish," Bobby says. "About a third of the menu is Cajun/Creole, but there's a wide selection of other stuff, too. We like to have international specialties."
