Enthusiasm may be one of the ingredients in Big Sky's success. "The customers have a great meal, and I have a ball being here," says general manager Mark Thompson. "I've been in this business since I was 15, and I think it shows." Recently Big Sky held a wine dinner with noted vintner Robert Pecota. Although just 25 people were expected, 81 showed up, Thompson says: "Half of it was because of Mr. Pecota, and half was because of Big Sky."
