Call your restaurant Mom's and you better be able to take care of your customers just like their actual mother would (and in some cases, even better). In the case of Mom's Deli - no problem. The modest South Side eatery boasts thick, meaty sandwiches - corned beef, pastrami, salsiccia, more than two dozen in all - including some special combos, one of which is named for Mom.
