B. Halls, located in O'Fallon off Highway K near O'Fallon Road, has been combining family atmosphere with night life for the past ten years. During the day, B. Halls is a regular stop for soccer teams and families, especially on Tuesdays when kids eat free. But at night, B. Halls is a hot spot for drinkers in their 20s and early 30s, who flock here for the convivial scene, the darts and the exceptionally long happy hour -- which lasts from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, only to begin again at 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Happy hour includes $3.99 Jack Daniels cocktails, $3 wells, $3 house margaritas, $2 domestic bottles, $1.50 domestic drafts, and selected appetizers for $5.49. Domestic pitchers are $4.75 all day Monday, Saturday and Sunday. B. Halls is best known for its hot wings, which have won first place in the Wing Ding competition five years in a row.
