Amateur Weatherman's Warning for Missouri Is Kinda Spectacular

Meet Frankie MacDonald, a 28-year-old weather guru from Nova Scotia whose YouTube forecasts have become something of an Internet sensation. Earlier this week MacDonald issued a dire message for Missourians: Be prepared for a major winter storm this Sunday, March 2.

In case you missed that, MacDonald advises that you "order your pizzas and Chinese food and buy cases of Pepsi and Coke and do your grocery shopping -- don't wait until the last minute -- do it right now."

As the Toronto Star recently reported, similar forecasts by MacDonald have clipped 100,000 views on YouTube. And while most of the response has been positive, a few folks have chimed in with nasty comments ridiculing the autistic MacDonald.

"Some of the people make fun of me on the Internet and it is not a nice thing to do," MacDonald told the Star. "I have a good heart."

Yes, you do, Frankie. And we Missourians thank you for the warning. And now to go out and buy those cases of Coke and Pepsi.
