How About a Stabbing to Go With That Margarita?

'Twas a wild night Saturday at the Perez Cantina, a Mexican bar/restaurant in Fairmont City that puts the sangre in sangria.

According to the Belleville News-Democrat, a group of men got into fight in the parking lot of the southern Illinois bar around 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Three of the men suffered stab wounds and authorities reportedly recovered a switchblade, machete and sawed-off shotgun near the crime scene.

Police arrested seven men -- all of Hispanic origin. The newspaper reports that investigators are trying to determine the nationality of the men. Of the three stabbed, two have since left the hospital. Another remains in critical but stable condition.
