Located in the same building that once hosted the iconic Eat-Rite Diner, Fleur STL takes classic diner food and elevates it in a magical way.

Chef-owner Tim Eagan makes outstanding versions of favorite greasy spoon dishes that are deeply satisfying without that punch-to-the-stomach feeling of overindulgence.
