St. Louis hosts the second biggest Mardi Gras event in the country after New Orleans and, wow, St. Louis showed up this year. The outfits were fabulous and the drinks were flowing in Soulard for parade day in 2020. Beads were flying, beers were spilling, good times were had by all.
